I have p.c.o.s... iam having a hard time losing weight because of this.?

i have been suffering with pcos for 3 years my doctor has told me there is medicine for weight loss. we haven't gone that route yet. has anyone ever gone through this and if so how did you do it. any advice from anyone will help. thank you

I have PCOS too, and it sucks. I have the same problem with weight, but I didnt know that there were any treatments. thats interesting. sorry I couldn't actually answer the question lol
