On r/c helicopters it says it has 2-3 hour charge time and only ten min. of continuous flying? read more?

A early 30 year old woman came up to me and said "It's so nice they hire metally retarded people at Walmart." If the c-drive partition on your hard drive is large, why does the system take more time to boot?
The response would be that unfortunately boot files nor any other files are not stored sequentially on the hard drive. So every time your computer boots up it has to serach through your vast hard drive to access the files required for your computer to start up. An analogy is: if you have a file cabinet in which none of the files are organized in alphabetical order, (but are instead random) but you only have 10 files to search through to find the one you're looking for... you're going to find it relatively fast. Whereas instead if that same disorganized file cabinet has 40 files it's going to take you 4 times as long to look for one file. Your computer is the same way.

Actually, Mark, if you know exactly where to look, you can easily see Venus naked eye in full daylight. I've done it many times. The easiest time is when the Moon is close to Venus, as it will be on the morning of November 5th. Look just above and to the left of the crescent Moon.

It quite likely is not exactly the right answer, but it's the one the teacher will be expecting. Since we don't have access to your book, we can only give you the correct answer, not the one in the book! Did you know that text books are not always right?

A hard drive is like a desk, the files on the hard drive are like the paper on the desk. a bigger desk can hold more paper, but more paper means more things you have to look through to find what you want.
Some hard drives are faster then others, but the more space there is to look, that harder it is to find something. that's as true for us as our hard drives.
