I am on hep c medicine , this is my second time around. The first time I was on peg interferon with ribavirin?

I did not clear the virus due to the fact that my white blood cells dropped dangerously low and I had to get boosters to bring them back up.Now I'm back on Tx. again and this time I'm on pegasis with ribavirin ,what is the difference/ and which one has the best cure rate .I hope the second time is for me ,I do want to see my grand children get married, and plus, I have many things I have to do.

the difference is less side effects, but regardless, if your drinking as close to a gallon of water a day, your sides will be greatly reduced.


my white and red cell counts were extremely low but i was able to continue treatment without the use of added medication.


i did require hospitalization due to MSMRA, but I continued treatment.
