i had to have a c-section due to high blood pressure can u still get your tubes tide even if it wasn't your ob cause i don't remember anything that happened due to medications

YES, but it has to be arranged in advance. Did you want it done? Did it get done w/o your knowledge? I had to go back 10 months after my c-section because I didn't get the paperwork done in time. By then, I'd switched doctors, etc . ..

Reply:Usually if the doctor isn't your regular ob he or she will not tie your tubes even if you tell him you want them tied. However, your ob can do it in their office if it can be done vaginally. I had a c section too but i chose not to have my tubes tied however, I need a hysterectomy now because of other problems now. good luck and if you are unsure whether the doctor tied your tubes or not ask your doctor to do an ultrasound to check.
Reply:if there was complication's the Dr would usually do it there and then but they dont do them for nothing,if your under a certain age they wont do them incase you want more children





they could do it through keyhole surgery,even a hysterectomy this way too,i had one
