Sure, that's Chapter 44 of the US Code, pertaining to Firearms.. the Subsection you state refersto definitionsof the section.. basically, it establishing the terms its going to use in thesectionand what exactly they mean in regards to the..code..





I could type out all of it for you, but I will leave a link for you to look over it yourself... basically this defines exactly what they mean by firearm,weapon, destructive device, etc...





The Irony is, its basically CYA (cover your ***) terminolgy, as itsmostly repetitive in linguistics and moronictothe point of hilarity... since obviously we all know a destructive device, as an example, isa device that is capable of destruction... but WHAT exactly is destruction? Well I suppose thats whatthissubsection exists.. to tell you.. anyhow I hope this helps...
