I'm on b.c and going out of town with a different time zone!?

I live in North Carolina and I am taking a trip out to the West Coast, there is a 3 hour time difference (they are 3 hours behind Eastern standard time), I take my birth control at 3:00 p.m now, when I go over there, should I take it at 12:00 p.m, because of the time difference?

A difference of three hours is not going to make a difference in your hormone levels. Take it as close to your normal time as possible.
Reply:just figure out the time difference and you should be fine and nothing bad will happen if your a little late or off when using the pill its more important that you don't miss any at all
