2002 GMC Sonoma A/C or Heat Fan motor won't work 80% of the time. When I go over Big Bumps it start, any Idea?

Also when I hit the housing under the hood that goes through the fire wall,I can get it to start. When running I can stop the truck and restart it if engine doesn't sit long and it will sometimes continue to work while I'm driving. If I turn off the ignition and it cools it will not run until bumped again. Is it a ground loose wire bad motor? How can I take it out to look at it? does it come out of the engine comartment or from under the glove compartment? I can live without A/C but with winter up hear in the north country I'll freeze. HELPPPP!!!! Also I know I left letters out of this to save space in the initial and grammer is not perfect in this or the question please forgive me! :0)

replace your ac blower and your fan resistor they r all there where u hit the passenger side replace both and you wont freeze hope it helps u
Reply:Loose connection. Mine managed to work itself in place where it stays on and works now. Could also be the switch, but if it works fine then check the wires behind the A/C and Heat controls. You shouldn't need anything more than that. Just a loose wire most likely.
Reply:loose wire or connector
Reply:could be a loose connector or bad ground, my 89 did the same thing but it was a bad fan motor, they dont cost that much
